The Villas
Each of Karma Samui’s one, two, three & four bedroom pool villas is a designer residence created by the finest architects and interior designers in the region. Set in a cove on a steep coastal bluff, the 36 pool villas are built on a series of elegant terraces characterized by manicured grass and meandering pathways fringed with tropical flora, which descend all the way to the ocean’s edge. All villas are oriented to gaze outward across the cerulean waters of the Gulf of Thailand.
The luxury villas have been designed as garden compounds – graceful pavilion style structures set in a private courtyard and verandah complete with pool and deck. Living, dining and kitchen areas occupy spacious, open plan pavilions with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that open onto the pool verandah. All of come equipped with top of the line amenities including LCD television with cable & DVD, Wireless broadband internet, premium brand appliances in the kitchen and a full complement of cutlery and crockery should guests wish to entertain.
Interiors are distinguished by a refined mix of modern, western-style furnishings and fittings with handcrafted Thai arts and traditional silks. The resulting spaces are comfortable, stylish and infused with local character.
Bedrooms occupy a separate accommodation pavilion. All are en-suite and master bedrooms are dominated by majestic four poster beds, as well as featuring walk-in wardrobes. Bathrooms have been designed to linger in – all two, three and four bedroom pool villas feature en-suites boasting both indoor bath and tropical outdoor shower.
A select group of palatial four bedroom villas can be found at the resort’s loftiest vantage point, with far flung, 180 degree views of the gulf of Thailand and Koh Samui’s craggy coastline; or at absolute beachfront, where a few meters of iridescent grass is all that separates you from golden sand.
