Meeting Package
Based on minimum guaranteed attendance of 10 persons, we are pleased to offer the following arrangements:

RENTAL FEE FOR AV EQUIPMENTS
There is a fee for other audio visual and conference facilities equipment others than the meeting inclusions. Examples of costs are:
Projector & Manual Screen – THB 3,000 per day
Technical Support – All day THB 5,000 per day

WIFI CONNECTIONS
Wireless Internet connection is available free of charge in the meeting room, Padma and Grand Beachfront Villa.
Terms & Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht.
- Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1 % Provincial Tax.
- Based on a minimum 2 nights stay and a minimum guaranteed attendance of 10 persons for meeting and 10 persons for accommodation rates to apply.
- Daily a la carte breakfast is chargeable at US$26 per person or half price for a child up to the age of 12 years.
- All Rooms are equipped with king size beds for single occupancy and Twin/ Double bed for two or more occupants per Villa.
- Alcoholic beverages are not included.
- The resort’s check-in time is 14.00hrs and the checkout time is 12.00hrs.
- Private Airport transfer included.
- Tropical welcome drink and hand garland upon arrival.
- Welcome assorted Tropical fruits upon arrival.
- Local English / Thai newspaper daily.
- Complimentary turn down service each evening.
- Villa are subject to availability upon confirmation of the group.
- Rates are nett and non commissionable.

Karma Samui will tailor dinner/lunch menus as requested. The Chef is more than happy to discuss special requested menu options to exceed your expectations.
